The home is minutes from major highways (I-10, I-45) and only a short drive to downtown Houston. It is available only upon request. REQUIREMENTS ✔ Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. ✔ Security Deposit: A $500.00 security deposit is required to access the property. The hold on your deposit will not take place until 2 days before arrival and will be released 2 days after departure provided that there's no damage to the property. Please ensure the deposit is provided promptly to avoid any issues before check-in. HOUSE RULES • Strictly NO SMOKING on the Premises: This is a smoke-free home. No smoking inside and anywhere on the premise of the property. Violations may result in a $300 fee per occurrence and potential eviction. • NO PARTIES & EVENTS: Strictly no parties or events are allowed. Violation of these rule may result in additional charges and potential eviction form the property. • No Guests of Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. NO OVEROCCUPANCY • NO PETS allowed. Sorry, we love pets but we don't accept pets at the property. Violations may result in a $300 pet fee or forfeiture of the security deposit if there's major cleaning or damage involved. ✔ Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 4 PM 🕓, and check-out is by 10 AM. ✔ Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. ✔ Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
